14-DAY RETURNS

Do you need to exchange or return your purchase? We are here for you!

Return period: Customers have a 14-day return period to return their package without giving a reason. This period starts on the day of receipt of the package. Please note that the return shipment must be registered and shipped to us within these 14 days.

Return costs: Return costs are at your own expense and vary depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package. This is a common practice among many clothing brands and helps us keep our service efficient.

Return conditions: All items must be in unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale and with the original tags and original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process: Want to return or exchange an item? Send an email to contact@venix-amsterdam.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the item(s) you wish to return

Once we have reviewed your request, we will get back to you with approval and further instructions, including the return address to ship your item(s) back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@venix-amsterdam.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Refunds: Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your bank account.

Return processing time: When you indicate that you want to exchange a product, we will start this process immediately to ensure your exchange is completed within a few days.
